Was born and raised in Southern California. Inspired by the work of his parents, opening and running the Vista Family Health Center, Dr. Richard Oliva studied medicine at USC and completed medical training and residencies at the University of Arizona and the University of California San Francisco (UCSF.) He is board-certified in Psychiatry and works part-time in mental health and general medicine. He practices at the Vista Family Health Center and in other locations in San Francisco. He enjoys hobbies playing musical instruments and gardening.
